On shifter forms with regeneration.
no regeneration while healing cursed... seems strange that it should affect the regeneration of creatures that inherently regenerates its wounds.
The healing curse itself is powerfull enough without it having to affect regeneration capabilities of forms.

Healing curse prevents all regeneration, including yours.
