You focus intensely on your wings, and with a great exertion of strength and will create a mighty gust of wind with your wings.
You fail to invoke your inherent ability.
You learn from your mistakes, and your wingsweep ability improves.
<100%hp 100%m 100%mv 5346tnl> inherent wing
You cannot use your wingsweep ability for another 8 hours.
As you can see, it didn't even work but I was lagged, and couldn't try again. Is the timer supposed to kick in even if the wingsweep fails?
