The Weaponsmith's
An iron anvil and forge stand in the back of the shop here.
A large bearded man is here, relentlessly pounding on a piece of metal.

You need to be in a forge to reforge a mithril pickaxe.
Just wondering if it was meant to be like that or is it area author choice?

The weaponsmith in Galadon doesn't let other folks use his forge.
