I think i should be able to disarm him if i see him. It doesnt make much sense. I dont know if its a bug or by design. Cheers

Mark of the Prey is good at helping you find people.

Disarm cares if you can see their weapon. For example, if they were visible to you but wielding an invisible weapon (and you did not have a detect ability up), you would not be able to disarm.
