Bleeding wondering, impale/twist/hurl torso dont have sepperate bleeding affects, even if someone is affected by all three their is no increase in bleeding, wondering if thats by design?

Twist has a seperate bleeding affect.
Impale & Hurl have the same bleeding affect.
By design.
