I am a shifter and have the forms:
Level 24: Black bear Confident
Level 31: Arctic fox Confident

However when I fight the drows in the underdark I hot much softer with the fox than I normally do. When I then change into the bear I hit as hard as I do normally with the bear. This lead me to think one of two things much be in effect. Either a) The drows are protected from cold (Fox is with cold attack) or b) the fox is somehow considered magical in nature and the drows are resist magic.

However, as the rest of the shifter forms do not fight with magic attack I think the drows are protected from cold. Is that intentional or some left over flag from old days?
