I spoke to an immortal about this and he/she believed I should place it here. When I enter Hamsah, the guards don't allow me past. When the gate closes, I get 'stuck' in Hamsah.. but if the gate reopens and I am fighting, I cannot leave in any direction.

Which gate? You should be able to flee to any room that isn't part of the city. When you flee did you see "Criminals are not welcome here.", or did you ever see "Good riddance"?

I saw a "Criminals are not welcome here" every single time I fled. I think I tried fleeing for 5 minutes straight but kept getting the same message.

So that's the message when you try to flee into the city...which gate? They all look correct to me.

Why?
Hes trapped between the gates and the city greeter

This has happened to me a few times
Though I did not think it was a bug.

What happens is this:

- I enter east, could not go any farther
- I get attacked
- I attempt to flee and cannot flee in any direction (apparently)


I know this because I would be fighting for at least 3 minutes real time and the chances of me not hitting a west exit on a flee is well.. near impossible.
