Seems like a XXXX shouldn't be bleeding. Not sure if the problem is with this specific weapon, the swipe skill, or the particular mob.

So while I think there is code to make bleeding NOT damage people it shouldn't, I agree the echo is a goofy mistake.
So `rip` should no longer do that bleeding echo on people who can't bleed.
