XXXX was garotted and trussed when I sleeping-disarmed her YYY with the echo below. Verified it was in my inventory. Did a "look" in the room and she was still knocked out. Not sure whether the bug is with the echo, or with the fact that she wasn't moved into the waking position. Hopefully the former?
She is already trussed up.

Thanks for the snippet, made it easy to find.
It looks like the intent was for the NPC to wake up. But NPCs are not as bright as PCs, so I put a little extra thing in which should make them properly wake up.
