Something shifts in the darkness surrounding you, causing a quiet clatter of
falling rock to echo throughout the cave.

There is double echoes in THE FEANWYYN WEALD. This one is from the cave near the dragon. The Carraige almost knocking you down is another. It isn't consistently double. It is more sporatic.
