Expected: netcasting effect echo would be consistent.
Perceived:
- The person said that from his perspective the echo was that he, the person, was somehow blocking his escape.
- What I saw:
wilderness WATER
<echo>
- Person said that the NET was BLOCKing his escape. (his capitalization)

When an orc can't flee, they freak out at whoever they're fighting - no matter why they can't escape.
