Expected: Mobs that have wrists (can attempt kotegaeshi) also have arms and elbows (can attempt kansetsuwaza)
Actual: Tresnores have wrists but not arms

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Log on with an assassin and fight tresnores
2) Use Kotegaeshi and Kansetsuwaza
Repro Rate: Mob anatomy, 100% of time

Not everything with "arms" has kansetsuwazable (yes I just used that word) arms. So the echo has been adjusted to reduce confusion.
