- Maybe it isn't as straightforward as I've thought and bash self lag is not always 2 rnds or orcs (here L32) are special, but this looks dubious enough to report:

There are a number of things that could make this happen.
Certain orcs have a thing that helps.
Wimpy helps.
etc.

So this alone doesn't fit the bug-bill! But I'll keep an eye out.
