I was Told to do something regarding a certain orc, I can't remember where he is supposed to be and the second task is not listed in summary after I logged off.

For quest help, talk to people in-game.
Also there isn't a bug here. He didn't give you a quest. You completed one, then he gave you a tip about finding more quests. That's it.
