Did something happen to where howler monkey no longer has arms or wrists to use kotegaeshi and kansetsuwaza on?

That took all of 5 seconds to check, and it worked fine.

So based on this post, I went and tested again, see the below.
Assassinguy grabs hold of a howler monkey's wrist and twists it violently!
Assassinguy's kotegaeshi DISMEMBERS a howler monkey!
Assassinguy fails to perform a joint lock on a howler monkey.
Assassinguy's kansetsuwaza misses a howler monkey.
Assassinguy painfully hyperextends a howler monkey's elbow!
A howler monkey screams in pain as Assassinguy applies kansetsuwaza to his elbow!
Assassinguy's kansetsuwaza MASSACRES a howler monkey!
So yeah, give me the full log - show me who/what you are fighting so I can specifically test that individual, since everything I've tried (and the code shows) that howler monkeys have hands and arms and can be broken.
