24060, Unbound angel rebind bug

Angel shows as not bound, try to bind and it says I already have a servitor bound. Happened multiple times before the start of this log.
Log snippet below:
**** Got this several times before this log, Detect charm shows unbound angel... ****
**** Lightbind fails multiple time, then succeeds. ****
lb angel
c 'lightbind' angel
You have already bound a servitor!
lb angel
c 'lightbind' angel
You lost your concentration.
lb angel
c 'lightbind' angel
You bind a winged angel to your servitude!

Lightbind has a reuse timer.
