Works blinded, that intended? Disarming skills arent, but it's a modified offhand so figured I'd bring it up

I talked this over with an IMP, and we decided to go with: "It works if you're blind, but it's not as reliable." Not that I'd ever describe Shield Cleave as "reliable", but there you go.
