Some hardy dwarves, orcs, and centaurs have adapted to long marches over the harsh
terrain their people favor, enabling them to recover movement points more
quickly.

I really cannot find any difference at all, I have looked through logs and my movement regen rate seems to be the same (Interestingly with this edge wen slowed it seems to be worse) Either way for something higher up the list (More expensive I assume) it is at a minimum doing far less than Seasoned Traveller.
