I believe the affects from the grenades aren't working properly. At the end of the fight I show my affects list, but didn't seem I was truly affected by it.

A bit of a trade off here.
1) Globgrenades now PROPERLY annoy their victims.
2) Globgrenades now have lag associated with using them.

Can you please make them usable on exactly target at least.
1 round lag without offhand weapon - useless now.
