Syntax: tie

If a victim is unconscious, and has both his hands and his feet bound, a thief
can further "tie" the victim. This additional binding keeps the victim under
the thief's control for longer, and allows the victim to be dragged. Tied
victims find it difficult to cast spells, cannot wear or remove clothing,
cannot eat or drink, and CANNOT INITIATE ATTACKS.

Third parties can untie a victim. Syntax: untie
