The Lower Rungs
The rungs have been set deep into the rock wall providing a sure grip.
The wall itself has been carved flat, the marks smoothed from many seasons
of wind and rain. Small fissures have formed here and there but have been
mortared shut. From here one can just see beyond the breakers of broken
rock that create this harbor, and beyond that is the Dragon Sea.

The path up will now be equally inaccessible to centaur.
