I have wait a long time to post so I would be sure, but something is wrong or misdesigned about vital. It rarely hits. It does not seem like a skill that should have a success rate over 50%, but it does. I have log after log of it if you need, but you should review. Something is wrong with it, it hardly ever hits.

Tested it on various things. Sometimes it hit, sometimes it didn't, like most skills.

Seems fine to me, but feel free to email me a log if you think something is seriously wrong.
