Expected: Projectile attacks bypass chargeset. Tailspikes is a projectile attack, therefore it should bypass chargeset.
Observed: Tailspikes is not flagged as a projectile, so it triggers chargeset and blade barrier.
Oborro binds your hands with manacles.
