Rag doll ... As in throw round like one :)

Is it right that ground control is stacking in this way?
For the damage it does, the lag it can do, stacking maledictions seems a bit much. This was from one successful owaza and 3 throw ground controls. (IE every ground control maledicted)

-31 dex from ground control
-6 strength

Spell: 'bless' modifies save vs spell by -4 for 20 hours.
Spell: 'bless' modifies hit roll by 2 for 20 hours.
Spell: 'protection from good' for 18 hours.
Song: 'canticle of the gods' modifies save vs spell by -9 for 18 hours.
Song: 'canticle of the gods' modifies hit roll by 5 for 18 hours.
Song: 'charismatic prelude' modifies charisma by 2 for 10 hours.
Skill: 'ground control' modifies dexterity by -8 for 8 hours.
Skill: 'ground control' modifies dexterity by -8 for 8 hours.
Skill: 'ground control' modifies dexterity by -7 for 7 hours.
Skill: 'kotegaeshi' modifies dexterity by -7 for 6 hours.
Skill: 'kotegaeshi' modifies strength by -7 for 6 hours.
Song: 'anthem of resistance' for 4 hours.
Skill: 'ground control' modifies dexterity by -6 for 3 hours.
Skill: 'ground control' modifies strength by -6 for 3 hours.
Skill: 'recuperate' modifies movement regeneration by 7 for 2 hours.

There appears to have been a bug in the logic for ground control--which may have been in place for a very long time. I have updated it to work the way I believe it is supposed to work.

The one update we may need to make for the HELP file is that you can get up to 2 ground control affects: one if your arm is hyper-extended and one if your elbow is hyper-extended. But at that point it should max out.

that one of them is -str and the other -dex?

Also, does that mean that after the first crippling control the rest will always be strikes to the ribs/kicks to the face and thus more likely to permalag?

The two non-repeatable actions are -dex. Owaza can flag someone with a -str affect that is also marked as GC.

I feel it would be worth updating the help file:

Once a joint has been hyperextended, further ground controls will
not be possible to this person until they have healed. If the ground
control executed is a strike, however, further ground controls are
possible upon additional successful throws.

The help file does hint that once a hyperextension has landed (regardless of location) that no more of these strikes are possible.
So perhaps replace the above with:

Two types of joint hyperextension are possible, shoulder or elbow, once
a specific joint has been hyper extended, further ground controls will
not be possible to this joint until it has healed. If the ground
control executed is a strike, however, further ground controls are
possible upon additional successful throws.
