This elemental is comprised of all things to fear about the cold. You
can see through its translucent, whirling depths, and the slightest touch
from this magical creature is enough to burn with cold. Wisps of hoary
mist shiver off of this form in waves, and you can see pinpricks of icicles
that shape this creature's eyes. A yawning mouth of hunger rimmed with
sharp teeth of ice completes this apparition, reaching for the taste of
warm flesh.
A freezing mist elemental is in perfect health.

In the Snow and Clouds
Towering high above Udgaard and its surrounding lands, the city is
tiny from where you stand and you can only catch glimpses of it through
the shifting wisps of clouds. The air is thin and frigidly cold up here,
searing lungs with cruel gasps. The scenery of the mountain top is beautiful
and strangely serene, a landscape of fluffy white snows and gently falling
snow flakes. Underneath, however, is treacherous ice. You can hear it
cracking beneath you, fine lines spider webbing their way through the
foundation of the crest, ready to collapse at the slightest disturbance.
Examining the snow, you can see something red tingeing it pink in spots,
and strange shapes are buried within.

Teleport is not without its dangerous, even as a ghost.
