Not really a bug or typo but this quest still sends you to the Nexus Cabal which is no longer a Cabal.

...and probably fairly soon. Though it does make for a good history lesson as well.
It probably doesn't hurt to send newbies there regarding the Veil. Perhaps some updated text would be helpful...
