Help file says the prayer is only for paladins and goodly clerics, but it shows up in my list of supplications. Is that right? Or is it just impossible to practice?

An evil shaman could practice it, but then would be prevented from communing it. It may be that in the future we refine this some based on alignment, but probably only after some more work has been done on shamans.
