So the dig spell makes a cave within the earth - which is then flagged civilized? Any chance this "room" could/should be changed to a cavern?
I realize it's not a 'bug' just an observation/curiosity. Thank you for reviewing this!

But I really don't see this ever happening that way for purely mechanical reasons.
