21946, Healer healing outer cabal guardian

Noticed that healer was able to heal outer cabal guardian after the changes were made to prevent it. Looks like mass heal supplication may have been overlooked. Not sure if by design, but thought I'd post to let you decide:

The relevant part from the announcement:
- Some healing supplications may no longer be used on NPCs not grouped with the caster. These include heal, rejuvenate, cure light/serious/critical and mend wounds.
