Securely strapped to the floor, a large gilded chest rests here. What light
there is in the room reflects off the lid. A large lock is attached to the
chest to securely lock it to prevent theft.
It is closed.

It can't be locked.
It was open when I got to it, usually thief guild chests need to be picked and can be relocked. Bug?
