In the context of the order command, NPCs that are lagged will simply drop the order just like they would if the necromancer did not have the GG edge.
There may be some weird edge cases (no pun intended) where this edge still results in buggy behavior. I urge folks to exercise common sense and refrain from taking advantage of an obvious bug, and to report it. As a reminder, abusing bugs it against the rules.
