My phylactery of free movement, which acts as a boat, got broken in the waves on the western Aryth.

That in itself feels like a bug, even though the phylac is technically a boat, because it couldn't get broken by waves.

However, I figured I'd just repair it, being my sleeves and all, but it is gone.

Given I've no chance of getting these again it would be great if someone would replace them but if not, the bug still could use a fix.
