Some rangers have learned to tame sentient beings as they would tame animals.

You will never be able to learn Soothing Demeanor.
I could have sworn this was availible once upon a time for my build. I was basing my character with this edge having a key role.
I wish you'd knock the cap off of having to rank in order to use prereq because now I have Imm exp and 18 hours into a character I can't build the way I want.

The only thing that comes to mind is the charisma requirement.
