Not sure if this is meant to be this amazing or what. Level 51 elf paladin, 21 int, 19 wis at the time w/ -70 save vs spell showing in score defending at Watcher against a level 51 mage. Level 41 shaman (Gawlar) enters and casts plague on watcher, I'm immediately effected. He is level 41 and out of pk, and able to immediately afflict me with a 25 hour+ plague. Similar issues with him casting plague on other creatures while I'm in the room at the tick. I catch his plague on the first tick nearly every time. A lot of room for abuse on this in terms of griefing.

Plague is a body (con) save, not a spell save, just like poison. I'm guessing your elf constitution is terrible. Catching plague out of PK has been a feature since day one. If you'd like to discuss take it to the gameplay board.
