Did the code get changed to allow recall when bloody shackled or is this a bug?
Your bloody shackles scratches Drogtar. Hothgar darts past Drogtar's defenses, attempting a serpent strike! Hothgar's serpent strike MUTILATES Drogtar! Drogtar is covered with bleeding wounds.

The sequester affect of shackles can be significantly sorter than the -dex, -hit, -ac, -dam affects of shackles.
