Members command doesn't show who is actually an orc, but appears to be a random set of characters

MEMBERS was not written to work with Orc clans; through a quirky feature of leaders on CF, a Chief could try to use the command.
I've removed it from use with Chieftains. At a future date we might consider adding a version specific to Orcs, since that could be a useful way of keeping track of the clan.
