I have been able to choose this edge in the past. I no longer can. My thoughts are that I was able to choose it while I was tragic preferred. I was under the impression there was only 1 edge per repertoire that was specific to that repertoire so I am posting this in hopes it might be a bug for the reason I cannot select it.

Your impression was incorrect. This is working as intended.
