Sorry, thought this was known or I would have posted sooner. Seems the knee part of Nerve strike is doing ALOT of movement loss since the server move. At least energy drain type if not much much more. Two logs on dios show it.
Not using til I know its fixed. A post here or an echo ingame would be great though since its one of my few options against shifters.
