19868, Movement in Orc Village

Could be wrong, but Orc Village is eating up my movement as if I were a non-orc compared to being Orcish. I know I'm a goblin, but losing 5%+ movement per step is pretty wild and you'd think Goblins would be used to the village like Orcs.
