The help file states that the blow is fast and unblockable.
Guiding the sub-commander of the guards's a black iron broadsword down and to the side, you bring your sword up for a quick thrust against her chest, but miss!
The sub-commander of the guards parries your wrath.
Had him parry my attacks four times in a row with the Thrust.
