There appears to be no lag reduction whatsoever throughout the fight, nor does Bulwark of Faith damage appear to be ramping up as stated in the helpfile.

I have no idea the original intent of how this supp works, but looking thorugh the code it basically does damage until a certain point, then it makes you immune to lagging and no longer does damage.

I added an echo to the immune to lagging piece, and that is working just fine. If you'd eaten pincer lag above it would have been two rounds, not one.
