Afaik, if I have a dodgy form tier 2, I shouldn't get dodgy form tier 1.
Yet, after bobcat that is 100% dodge form, I've got a mongoose that is 100% dodge form:
Level 30: Bobcat feline claw Confident
Level 43: Mongoose rodent bite Adequate
Or is it rumors that you cannot have two identical forms tier 2 and tier 1?

The skillset of the bobcat are different from the mongoose, and therefore still a viable option. Much like polar bear & pachyderm.
