Noticed this on a number of different logs, but it appears that when a warrior with Cry of Thunder uses their Warcry, instead of strictly getting the usual as below

Warrior yells 'WARCRY!'
Warrior looks more righteous as he shouts his warcry 'WARCRY!'

that occassionally the Macho flaw kicks in, and suppresses the automatic yell. Bolzhor's recent log vs. Tzar and Gere shows an example, and I'm sure I can find others too, Bolzhor gets the "Too macho" echo, and just shouts warcry to room like usual.
