Tzaritzawah deflects your whip with careful timing.
You decimate Tzaritzawah!
You maim Tzaritzawah!
He's not immune to either of my weapons why is he unaffected?

Spellbane always has the same damage type, regardless of your weapons. It's one he's immune to.
The attacks you get, as shown in your log, are a different story.
