It gives just +3 dam (as it gives to non-offenshive forms), while to every other offensive form that I ave it gives +10 (to jackal) and +15 (to copperhead).
I think just +3 dam to the most powerful form that do not dodge and having no dam redux is a bit way too ####ty. :(

Why? You actually get more benefit @ +3 dam than the snake does at +10 dam. You get 4 attacks a round with +3 dam (total +12), vs. 1 attack with +10.

Found a potion +3 dam and something else for very cheap price (below 1 gold I think), duration - about 10 ticks. Are you sure bestial fury supposed to be so weak on hero? Only reason to use it on midranks?
