Ar'atouldain
You pause in another relatively open area in this dark forest. The
sun hardly penetrates the overhead leaves here, leaving the entire
area in shadow. Some of those shadows even seem to be giant cobwebs.
The forest extends in all directions from here.

A magpie sits on a nearby branch peering down on you.

l 2.This wood-elf is part of a group of wood-elves that is regularly sent out
to confront the intruders in Ar'atouldain. His hair is dyed streakily with
lighter and darker shades of brown, along with some green tones, and his
skin looks dark brown, most likely dyed as well rather than tanned that
shade. He moves swiftly and silently, ready to strike out at the enemy.
The wood-elf patroller is in perfect health.

I cannot find the one-line description you see in the room anywhere in an area. Probably a custom-created and temporary one.
