Apparently, in 10+ years no one has ever tried to shove a familiar into its conjurer while fighting at a cabal outerguard followed by its fleeing rather than release. Who knew?

If the result is what I think it was, in the same as if you accidentally attack your familiar yourself, I always figured one way or another, releasing and re-casting seemed to work, so wasn't a horrid bug to deal with. Or, I could just be wrong entirely :)
