Now I understand it is by design that this mob attacks if you do not respond. This time I went to Thror's shrine, the mob gave me less than ten seconds to respond(I was still typing when it decided to attack me) and now its pretty angry at me. I think a little more time would be nice, since I couldn't even type three words out and I type at a 70+ wpm speed.

The Anvil of Worship
Upon entering this large cavern you notice the exquisite construction and
design of the chamber. The northern face of the cavern is smooth and
chiseled to perfection, as if some mighty hand carved through the rough
bowels of this mountain. A dim but unwavering light illuminates the rear
wall, and etched writing scars the cool surface. Rich veins of mithril
can be seen along the face of the walls presenting a natural beauty only
found beneath the mountain soil. Upon the rounded walls an eerie dance
takes place; massive stalactites cast their shadows in complete unison
with rhythmic pounding that resonates from deeper within the mountain.
Faint echoes cause you to recoil in wonder as a melodic cadence fills the
air. The center of the chamber is marked by a thick moss which easily
grows in this humid mountain cavern. Stalactites jut from the ground,
forming a crescent shape which protectively surrounds a remarkable anvil
of mithril.

A bloodstained hammer rests upon the rune-covered mithril anvil.
