Put him to sleep when I had 433 hp. Then I had 460, so one tick goes by. Then I have 475 and he summons me, meaning he woke up. Nobody else was there to wake him. I was tipsy when I put him to sleep and holding an instrument. A 1 tick sleep is unheard of, to me, so seems buggy.

It's impossible to be sure without the full log from Iarek's perspective probably including an affect list, but this isn't impossible -- bard sleep is always super short in some circumstances and the duration of even a hero bard's sleep always COULD be even 0 ticks in an extreme enough example.
