Considered the same as Dark Arials but give two or three times less exp. Was killing dark arials giving 400-500 exp, considered as "few lucky blows", but acolytes give 100-200 exp, also considered as "few lucky blows"...can you check?

I'm not sure why, so I'll look into that a bit, and I'm looking at some standardization around XP bonuses/penalties.

Elemental acolytes don't really lag and don't really have many attacks. Plus you are in an area where you are less likely to be found.
I can think of tons of reasons why the acolytes are worth less exp. Mainly I'd sum it up by saying:
I rank solo off them when they are still hooded. No way would I do that with most classes vs dark arial guards.
